        The Year-end award is obtained by computing the average of Term 1 GWA, Term 2
        GWA and Term 3 GWA.

        A student is disqualified for honors if he/she gets a grade lower than A and INC in all
        subjects and Homeroom, LIFE/GMP, Deportment and Schoolwide Learner Outcomes
        (SLO) in any term.

        A student who is a transferee from another school and/or a student who is enrolled
        after the first term is disqualified from receiving the year-end Academic Excellence
        award because a full year in SISC is required to qualify for the year-end award.

         C.  Grading System for ESL

            The English as a Second Language (ESL) Special Program is a special program
            for  students  who  are  not  yet  proficient  in  the  English  Language.  Controls  are
            instituted in the grading system to be fair to the regular students.

              Highest Grade is Above Average
