Implementing Guidelines for offenses that may be committed by a student. Offenses
are described as actions that violate the appropriate Student Code of Conduct.

The Implementing Guidelines describe the possible offenses a student may commit
and the most appropriate corresponding sanctions for the violation. The guidelines
were designed to set the standard of a Southville International School and Colleges
student being disciplined in line with the school’s manner of handling cases.
The perspective of the punishment should be viewed in terms of correcting students’
behavior to enable him/her to have good character and to be a good person.

Sanctions are not administered for the sake of merely punishing a student.
Furthermore, these guidelines recognize the fact that every student is unique.

It is therefore recommended that proper investigation be done before the sanctions are
implemented and the specific circumstances of the student be considered.

similar in nature. The reason should be clearly stated in the letter with the attached
            legal or medical document.
