THE DISCIPLINE BOARD

The Discipline Board is tasked to deliberate on the sanctions and corrective measures
for all major cases upon presentation of the results of the investigation by the
Discipline Head and the Deputy Principal.

The members of the Discipline Board are:

1. Principal
2. Deputy Principals
3. Head of Discipline
4. Student Affairs Head/ Coordinator
5. CAPS Head/Level Counselor/Level Facilitator

SCHOOL’S PREROGATIVE

Not everything is written down in this Student Handbook. The school has the right and
privilege to modify the rules as experience brings about more wisdom and as
unforeseen circumstances may occur. It is understood that when parents send their
children to school, the parents acknowledge and agree that the proper management
and operation of the school may require the

ACADEMIC COUNCIL and DISCIPLINE BOARD and/or TOP MANAGEMENT to
act in a manner without prior consultation with them particularly where school rules
have been breached.

SANCTIONS AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES

Any violation of a provision in the Student Code of Conduct has a corresponding
appropriate sanction which is implemented by designated school authorities. Sanctions
may range from a notation in the diary, verbal reprimand, and conferencing with
parents, failing mark in the deportment grade, disciplinary probation, and suspension
to non-readmission or dismissal. In most cases, the Guidance Office is tapped to
ensure that the student is assisted in his/her development towards being mature,
adjusted, and responsible.
