                                                                      30th  of  April,  2021  -  Second  day  of
                                                            Psychology Days celebration which opened last
                                                            April 29, 2021, and continued giving good vibes
                                                            and  wisdom  with  the  same  theme  on  “Finding

                                                            Happiness  Amidst  Difficult  Times.”  The  second
                                                            day  started  with  the  event  on  Peer  Mentoring,

                                                            which  was  actively  hosted  by  the  Psychology
                                                            sophomores: Ms. Khryzelle Lorilla and Mr. Fritz
                                                            Pacson. To awaken some sleeping nerves, John

                                                            Edryck  Alvarado  (BSP2)  facilitated  a  special
                                                            energizer  in  a  form  of  simple  yet  not  just
                                                            physical but mental exercise as well.

                                                                      To  stimulate  everyone,  even  more,  Dr.
                                                            Marjorie  Tangog  shared  her  wisdom  through
                                                            her  insightful  and  encouraging  words  through

                                                            her Opening Remarks and an overview of what
                                                            peer  mentoring  is.  The  talk  was  especially
                 Virtual Merientoring Poster and            focused  on  “Empowering  Students  to  Help
                Guest Speaker: Dr. Mary Rachelle            Themselves and Others.” Further inquiries were
                         Carpiso-Batanes                    also well-addressed after the presentation.


                      The  day  did  not  end  there  and  sure  has  just  started.  It  was  followed  by  a  newly

        introduced event by Psychology Society - The Face of Psychology. This was commenced by
        Psychology juniors: Ms. Eliza McGee and Mr. Andre Almanzor. With the event’s theme: “New
        Normal  Beauty,”  different  participants  from  every  year  level  showcased  their  beauty  and

        talent  through  brand  new  and  unique  concepts  for  their  perspective  photoshoots.  The
        official  presentation  began  with  the  opening  message  from  the  President  of  Psychology

        Society - Ms. Vianne Monica Jiwatramani, followed by an explanation of the details about the
        event including the mechanics, criteria for judging, and the judges for the event.
                   To even whip out the program, Ms. Chelsea Conventry, Kristine Burgos, and Gwen Tint
        - Psychology alumni students, serenaded the Psychology Society with their charming voices.

        The song number was played just before the introduction of candidates who displayed their
        beautiful  headshot  entries.  The  entries  were  presented  with  their  descriptions  and  were

        followed by a short interview with the contestants.
