ACTIVITIES

We deliver a range of activities and services across our group of projects.

These vary and the key approaches are:

• Groups for parents/carers that provide activities to develop their parenting
knowledge/skills, strengthen attachment and relationships, offer play
opportunities, provide respite from daily routines/stresses, bring them fun and joy

and provide peer support

• 1-1 more intensive, support for individual parents/children/families that is tailored
to meet their specific needs/address specific issues
• Open community play activities and events, during holiday periods and special

occasions, eg. Christmas, Easter and Halloween

• Children’s groups after school and in the evenings
• Annual residential(s)

• Outings and day trips for parents groups, children’s groups and individual families

• 4 out of school services, across West Lothian, during term-time and 2 holiday
services

• An outdoor, woodland nursery, which is a partnership provider for West Lothian
Council

• We regularly participate in partnership projects where our aims align
• We currently represent the local Sector on a number of Strategic Groups, as well as

Chair West Lothian’s Third Sector Strategy Group
