• What if I forget to order my maintenance medication through the Express
Scripts Pharmacy? Can I just go to a regular pharmacy?
You are required to order your maintenance medications through the Express
Scripts Pharmacy or you will pay full price for your drug at the retail pharmacy.
As a courtesy, you will have 3 months to start your home delivery through
Express Scripts. During these 3 months, each time you fill your maintenance
medication at a pharmacy, you will receive a reminder letter and phone call from
Express Scripts, providing you with details on how to start your home delivery.
If you choose to ignore these reminders, you will be required to pay full price for
