Holidays
Thrall Enterprises, Inc. provides 11 paid holidays for its employees. Holidays that fall on a weekend will be
observed on a weekday and will be specified in the annual published schedule. Schedules will be provided
annually and include:
New Year’s Day Day After Thanksgiving
Memorial Day Christmas Eve
Independence Day Christmas Day
Labor Day New Year’s Eve
Thanksgiving Day 2 Floating Holidays*
The Company reserves the right to assign one or both of the floating holidays.
*Floating Holidays are awarded during your first year of employment as follows:
Hire Date is from January 1 through April 30 – 2 Days are granted
Hire Date is from May 1 through August 31 – 1 Day is granted
Hire Date is from September 1 through December 31 – no grant
