Paid Time Off (PTO)


          During the first year of employment, regular full-time employees will earn paid time off according to the following
          schedule:

                      January          120       July              48

                      February         108       August            36
                      March            96        September         24

                      April            84        October           12
                      May              72        November          0
                      June             60        December          0

          Following your year of hire, PTO will be granted based on your years of service as of January 1 and according to the
          schedule below.


          These amounts are available on January 1st; however, they are earned throughout the year.  If you terminate your
          employment and have taken more time than you have earned, you will be required to repay the Company from your last
          paycheck.

          In addition, unused PTO as of December 31st can be rolled over into a PTO Reserve Bank up to a maximum of 40 hours.
          At no time can the PTO Reserve balance be greater than 40 hours.


          Employees will not be paid out for unused PTO.

          Once an employee has accumulated 40 hours in the PTO Reserve, any remaining unused PTO as of December 31st may
          be rolled over into an STD Reserve bank up to a maximum of 40 hours.  This balance can also not exceed 40 hours.  Once
          hours are rolled into the STD reserve, they cannot be transferred.  These hours can only be used to supplement a STD
          leave of absence.
