Educational Assistance

           The Company provides and/or funds three different types of educational opportunities for its employees:
           internal classes, external seminars and workshops and college/technical courses at accredited institutions.

           Internal Classes – The Company provides a variety of management administration, skills building, sales and
           technical training classes.
           Seminars and Workshops – Employees may attend outside seminars, workshops and technical vocational
           or non-matriculated academic programs as approved by management.  The Company will also pay
           reasonable related travel expenses and seminar costs.
           Tuition and Expense Reimbursement – The Company will bear part or all of the costs of course work,
           books, lab fees and administration fees at qualified educational institutions and for professional licenses.
           Each employee may receive a maximum of $3,000 per calendar year for educational reimbursement.
           Certain requirements must be met, and payments are made according to the current IRS regulations.
           Employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement after six months of service.

           Reimbursements are generally made according to the following schedule:
                          Grade         Reimbursement
                          A             100%
                          B             90%
                          C             70%
                          Pass*         100%
           Passing grades will be accepted for non-graded courses, tests and licensing examination only.  For example,
           GMAT preparation courses and testing, etc.

          Scholarship Program


          Thrall Enterprises, Inc. sponsors a program that may award your child with a four-year college scholarship.  An independent
          scholarship committee of college and university educators selects up to two winners each year.  The scholarship award is
          $4,000 per year per participant, and it is renewable annually for a total of four years and $16,000 if:
                 1. The student successfully completes all courses of study;
                 2. The student maintains a “B” average or better for the year;
                 3. The parent continues in the employment of Thrall Companies.
          Children of Nazdar employees may apply if they:
                 a) Are the daughter or son of a full-time Nazdar employee;
                 b) Are secondary school students who will be graduating during the current academic year;
                 c) Plan to enter college within one year of graduation.

          Information is emailed out the Fall of each year about the upcoming scholarship application process.
