Employee Assistance Program (EAP)


         Sometimes life can be challenging. That’s why the Company provides an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) to all
         employees as well as their household members, beginning on their first day of employment. The EAP is designed to
         provide prompt, confidential help with a range of personal and family issues that may affect all of us from  time to
         time.

         You, or a member of your household, can receive confidential face-to-face or video counseling with a licensed
         clinician for up to 6 sessions per issue, per year.  Topics include:

                ❖ Marital and relationship issues
                ❖ Alcohol and drug abuse
                ❖ Stress management
                ❖ Family/parenting problems
                ❖ Work relationships

         The EAP can also help you achieve work/life balance by offering referral services designed to meet life’s many
         demands, such as:

                ❖ Financial services & referrals
                ❖ Community resource location services
                ❖ Legal consultations
                ❖ Identity theft services
                ❖ Childcare location services
                ❖ Senior care location services
                ❖ Pet care location services
                ❖ Home repair needs


        Employees and their families have access to EAP resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

        Online library content and self-help webinars provide additional resources to assist employees and their families with
        topics of concern.

        All services are provided by Cigna and are completely confidential.  Information is not passed on to the Company or
        anyone else unless the member gives specific permission.
