in the supply of liquefied natural gas process technology and equipment. The Company develops, engineers, builds, owns and operates some of the world's largest
industrial gas projects, including: gasification projects that sustainably convert abundant natural resources into Syngas for the production of high-value power, fuels
and chemicals; carbon capture projects; and world-scale carbon-free hydrogen projects supporting global transportation and the energy transition.

Prodair Air Products India Private Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Products. The entity was incorporated in 2009 and operates two Engineering, Procurement,
Construction (EPC) centers in Pune, Maharashtra, and Vadodara, Gujarat, India IT Center in Pune, Maharashtra and one world scale, build-own-operate (BOO) plant
at BPCL Kochi Refinery in Kochi, Kerala. The focus of this entity is to pursue large-scale investments in India under our BOO business model, with an emphasis
on hydrogen, carbon monoxide, synthesis gas production using our world-class technology base in natural gas conversion and coal, petroleum coke and lignite
gasification. Our Pune and Vadodara offices are focused on providing technology, engineering, and project execution for Air Products activities in India and other
locations around the world.
