         BELONGING (DIB) AT THE WORKPLACE




         Colleagues with different capabilities, cultures, perspectives and experiences contribute to our ability to stay competitive in the ever-changing global marketplace.
         We strive to be inclusive of the diversity of our employees, invest in their development and foster a collaborative and respectful work environment where all
         employees feel like they belong and matter.

         In order to support our Five Point Plan, our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) team within Talent, Culture & Engagement (TCE), has established a global
         DIB framework that is foundational across all regions and aligns the great work already happening across our organization. The framework is comprised of three
         elements: Grow, Own, and Talent.
