Annual Health Checkup

All employees will undergo an Annual Health Checkup conducted by the Company’s appointed medical clinic. For more details, please refer to the
Annual Health Checkup policy.
Termination of Service

Either the Company or the employee may terminate the contract of service and such notice must be in writing.

The notice period shall be one (1) month during probation period and three (3) months for a confirmed employee.

The employee shall not use any outstanding leave to offset against the requisite notice period.

• In the event of a payment in-lieu of notice, either party will pay a sum equivalent to the amount of salary for the notice period required.
• An employee who has been continuously absent from work for more than two (2) days without prior leave or without reasonable excuse and without
informing or attempting to inform the supervisor of his/her absence shall be subject to disciplinary action, and the Company reserves the right to take
necessary disciplinary actions after following the disciplinary procedures.
• In the event of dismissal due to gross misconduct, the employee will not be given any prior notification or payment in-lieu.

Retirement

The retirement age is 60 years of age at Air Products.
