                                                                                  Who is eligible for consideration?
       Premium Pay
                                                                                  •  Full-time employees with a minimum of 12 consecutive months at the center
       Regular, non-exempt employees who are not Department Heads and who
       are scheduled to work on designated premium pay days (per the written      •  Employees considered in good standing

       Note: Premium pay applies to all eligible employees except those covered
       under a collective bargaining agreement.
