Voluntary Plans
You have the opportunity to purchase Critical Illness (with a Cancer Rider), Accident and Hospital Indemnity plans through The Hartford. The coverages will
be payroll-deducted and are portable if you leave employment. All options pay in addition to any other coverage you may have and pay directly to you.

Critical Illness Insurance
