visits with MeMD for your non-emergency medical needs.
MeMD phone visits are available to members enrolled in Select Benefits coverage and their eligible family members
24/7, 365 days/year.
Fast treatment—MeMD doctors respond within 10 minutes, on average.
MeMD services offered with your Select Benefits coverage provide quick access to a national network of U.S. board-
certified doctors via telephone or video conference. It’s health care when and where you need it—even on vacation, a
business trip or away from home.
A MeMD doctor can:
• Answer questions so you may avoid ER or urgent care visits for non-emergency issues
• Diagnose many common medical conditions
• Provide short-term prescriptions through a local pharmacy, when medically necessary
• Answer questions about symptoms and medication usage
• Provide a second opinion or explain a medical condition
• Recommend treatment for common conditions such as:

1. Log in to the Health Advocate member website https://members.healthadvocate.com/and click the
“Telemedicine” button (under “Health”) to connect to the MeMD portal.
2. Talk to a MeMD provider by calling 1-844-800-7110.
3. Download the Health Advocate app and register an account, then access your MeMD services from there.
