Employee Contributions

The cost for medical, dental, and vision benefits is shared by you and Clari. Your benefit contributions will be deducted on a pre-tax salary
reduction basis each pay period as outlined below. If you are covering a domestic partner, post-tax deductions and imputed income may
apply. If you choose to waive medical coverage through Clari, you will receive a waiver stipend in the amount of $200 per month. There
is no cost to you for life and disability benefits; premiums are fully sponsored by Clari. Additional costs apply for voluntary products as
outlined below in this document and ADP. Please reach out to Human Resources for more information at benefits@clari.com.

If you choose to enroll in the HDHP, you will automatically be enrolled in a Health Savings Account (HSA). Clari will make a contribution
