STRIVE App

Are you aware of all the benefits you have available? The STRIVE app provides
access to your benefit plans, ID cards, wellness, telehealth, Rx and more — all in one
convenient portal. It’s a one-stop shop for all of your benefit needs.

Aetna App & Claims Portal
Manage your medical, dental and pharmacy benefits right from your phone. With
the Aetna HealthSM app, you can access your ID card whenever you need it, track
spending and progress towards your deductible, and view your plan-specific benefits
and coverage details.

Aetna Cost Estimator Tool

The Aetna Cost Estimator Tool puts you in the driver’s seat of your health spending. This cost-of-
care tool uses your own plan details and factors in your deductible and coinsurance to compare
average costs of medical tests, services and procedures covered by your plan, as well as selected
surgeries and emergency room visits. You can also find in-network and out-of-network providers
and compare costs to make the best health care — and financial — decision for yourself.
