VISION PLAN
Not every employer offers vision benefits, but we know how important your eye health is. Our vision
plan provides routine eye exams and pays for all or a portion of the cost of glasses and contact
lenses, if medically necessary. You can choose any provider, but, as usual, in-network providers will
save you money. We offer our vision plans through Ameritas, which uses the VSP network.
