1. Go to https://connect.werally.com/plan-location?jumpTarget=uhcDental
2. Enter your zip code (or the zip code you want to search)
3. Select ‘National Options PPO 20’ for the Low Plan or ‘National Options PPO 30’
for the High Plan from the list of plans
4. Find Dental Care
a. By Category: People (General Dentists or Dental Specialists)
b. By Name or Keyword: Enter in search box
