Introduction Welcome! Skyworks’ benefits are designed to connect our
worldwide employees with programs and tools in support of

mental, physical and financial well-being. This guide will help
you get the most out of your Skyworks benefit options.

Skyworks offers you a superior benefits package, with
options designed to support you and your family through the
different stages of life, including quality health coverage at a
reasonable price, with the company absorbing a significant
portion of the cost.

In 2022, Skyworks has updated and redesigned the benefits
experience. Part of these enhancements are to optimize
medical plans based on actual utilization. Three medical plans
will now be offered. All three plans significantly decrease

employee paycheck premiums. This offering will allow us
to include preventative care as part of the plans, as well as
providing a medical option with no paycheck deductions!
HR conducted research on top national plans and employee
utilization of our current plans. Based on this assessment, our
new plan will be hosted by Aetna.

plans offered, eligibility, how to enroll and how to make
changes to your benefits.
