During Open Enrollment
Making Changes Each year you will have the opportunity to make benefit
to Your Benefits election changes for the next calendar year. The election will
become effective January 1. The benefits that you elect will
stay in effect for the remainder of the calendar year unless
your benefits cease due to your termination of employment

with Skyworks or your benefits change due to a qualified life
event.

During The Year
If you have a qualified life event, you may change your benefit
elections within 30 days of the effective date of the event.
Examples of a qualifying event include:
• Your marriage or eligibility as a domestic partner
• Your divorce or legal separation, or the death of your
spouse
• Adding a dependent or a dependent becomes eligible, due
to birth or adoption
• Reducing the number of your dependents when a
dependent becomes ineligible or dies
• You, your spouse or a dependent starts or stops working
• You, your spouse or a dependent reduces or increases
work hours of employment and gains or loses eligibility,
including a switch between part-time and full-time, or if
you take or return from an unpaid leave of absence
• You, your spouse or a dependent child become enrolled
in Medicare or Medicaid or loses the right to enroll in
Medicare or Medicaid.
