“Diseases Travel Throughout
The World By Humans”
As humans move all around the world… so do lethal
and infectious diseases. Humans are by far the single
greatest transmitters of infectious diseases.
The coronavirus is credited for giving us a new word;
“zoonotic” meaning the viruses are transmitted between
animals and people. According to the Center for Disease
Control (CDC) “6 in 10 Infectious Diseases Come from Animals.”
Pigs, bats, rats, bugs and birds are just a few of
the animal culprits named by leading authorities on
pandemic diseases. In some cases, humans were bitten by
an animal or insect. It isn’t always easy to avoid bug bites.
