                 DURING THE MEETING

               1. Participation in a meeting depends on its purpose, location, and preplanning. You

                   may be responsible for minutes or leading discussions.


               2. Minutes provide a concise record of group actions, but should not be a word-for-
                   word transcript.


               3. The recorder must note important information and provide a clear, accurate, and

                   complete account of the meeting.
