                  AFTER THE MEETING




               1. After a meeting, follow-up activities should be completed, including making
                   calendar or reminder notes for future items, preparing minutes promptly, ensuring

                   the chairperson reviews them before distribution, and completing correspondence
                   related to the meeting.


               2. Write thank-you letters to speakers or resource persons, and note items to add to

                    the next meeting's agenda.


                  PARTICIPATING IN MEETING




               1.  Meetings  are  crucial  for  business  operations,  requiring  daily  communication  to

                  complete  the organization's work.  Office  workers should  be  prepared to  lead or
                  participate in meetings.



























                  LEADING


               1. Employees utilize leadership skills in their jobs, such as meeting deadlines,

                   improving tasks, and working with others.
