2. A good leader listens, asks questions, accepts criticism, keeps the meeting on
topic, and resolves conflicts.
3. In order to foster mutual trust and collaboration during meetings, leaders and
participants should adhere to the following guidelines:
I. Use neutral language in the discussion
II. Avoid placing blame
III. Ask open-ended questions
IV. Use terms that all participants understand or define those
