Concerning the donation from AFIF (Association of French International Civil Servants),
the President advised the assembly that the payment was approved at the AFIF
dissolution meeting which she attended.
The accounts were approved unanimously (Annexe 1 in the French version).
The President closed this item by thanking the Treasurer and the auditors. She added
that the thoroughness with which the accounts had been audited meant that the AGM
could be approached with complete peace of mind.
Item 7: Appointment of auditors for 2023
The Chairman proposed that the appointment of Ventura Garcia Garnateo and
Mohammed Rharha as auditors for 2023 be approved. This was approved by the
meeting.
Item 8: Questions relating to 2022 activities
The President of (AFICS) took the floor at to talk about the 2022 Activity Report. The
report is more succinct than in previous years, as the information is provided to
members in each Bulletin under the heading "IN BRIEF". As a result the activities and
actions of the committee are announced more quickly. The Chairman stressed the need
to keep documents short in order to save paper and to precise.
The association’s statistics were presented.
