Spring! Such magic! All those colours and fragrances. So much yellow and blue, with a
thought for Ukraine and also for Down's syndrome. Eclectic, yes you're right, but you
               know me....

Each picture may take us very deep into our thoughts. And mine often tend to wander,
as you will find out throughout this issue of our Bulletin.

I really believe that those who know how to manage their ramblings can find everything
on INTERNET, explore everything, dive into virtual reality exhibitions, and even more.
What scientists and politicians will do with all this potential is another story!

But let's get back to the content of our Bulletin. It gives me the opportunity to thank
those who have the ideas, who know how to express them, and who do it so well. We
also have an interview with a former UNHCR official. It's worth listening to all these
witnesses who explain how they became so involved in their work that they saw it as a
               mission.

You will also find tributes to friends who left too soon, Maria Dweggah and Roger
Eggleston. Have we spent enough time with our friends?

I hope you enjoy reading this issue and look forward to seeing you at our Annual
General Assembly meeting on May 14th at the CICG (details hereafter).
