TRIBUTE TO KAMALA NARASIMHAN
It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we inform you the sad demise of
Mrs. Kamala Narasimhan, we called her Madame Nari, and she was discreet but helped
Nari in his task as treasurer of our association.
We have also taken up the message of the Indian association, which speaks so well of
her.
It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that we inform you the sad demise of
Mrs. Kamala Narasimhan, a treasured and deeply respected member of the Indian
Association Geneva. Mrs. Narasimhan departed from us on Tuesday, 5 November 2024,
leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered for years to come.
Mrs. Narasimhan, together with her late husband, Mr. V. Narasimhan, dedicated
countless years of service to our association. Their contributions were marked by an
unwavering commitment to fostering community spirit, cultural enrichment, and unity
among the Indian diaspora in Geneva and beyond. Through their tireless efforts, they
helped shape the Indian Association Geneva into a vibrant and supportive community, a
second home for so many of us far from our roots. Mrs. Narasimhan’s warmth,
kindness, and sense of duty touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on the
Indian diaspora in Geneva and across Switzerland.
In this moment of loss, we extend our deepest condolences to her family. May her soul
find eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire us all.
Kind regards,
Dr. Maneesh Wadhwa
President - Indian Association Geneva
