Overhaul and modernization of horizontal broaching machine

The specialists of the Ishimbay machine-repair group have successfully carried out
overhaul and modernization of the 7523 horizontal broaching machine.
Horizontal broaching machine 7523 is designed for processing by pulling pre-processed
or rough through holes of various geometric shapes and sizes of parts. With the help of special
tools, external surfaces can be processed.
As part of the modernization, a set of works was carried out in order to bring the technical
and geometric characteristics of the equipment to the passport ones.
The peculiarity of this modernization is a complete transition from hydraulics to electro
mechanics: installation of an asynchronous motor, controller and drives f. Siemens, installation
of a new high-load ball screw of the working
tool drive. Such changes made it possible to
abandon the hydroelectric power station, reduce
the noise level as much as possible, save energy
consumption and, of course, improve the quality
of the work piece.
Thanks to the overhaul and modernization
carried out, the machine has found a "second
life", has become more powerful, accurate and
productive.
