                                                  Collard “Greens”



























                                                         You’ll Need

                   ●   1bunch collard greens
                   ●   2 tablespoons Cannabutter
                   ●   1/4 cup white onion, chopped
                   ●   1/2 pound thick cut bacon, chopped
                   ●   Salt to taste
                   ●   Pepper to taste
                   ●   2 cups chicken broth or stock
                   ●   2 cups water

                                                            Steps

                       1. Add 2 tablespoons of MagicalButter to a medium sized pot on medium-high heat.

                                 2. Once butter is melted, add the onion and cook until fragrant.

                               3. Add the chopped bacon and cook until it starts to change color.
                        4. Lay the collard greens out flat, then roll them up into a tube for easier cutting.

                                5. Section the greens into 4 or 5 large pieces, then add to the pot.
                                  6. Add chicken broth and water, then reduce heat to medium.
                                             7. Cover with lid and stew for 2 hours.
