Cider Flyer Float
You’ll Need
Apple Cider Float Caramel Sauce
● 4 cups Unfiltered Apple Juice . 1 Cup Cannabutter
● 1 Orange . 2 Cups Brown Sugar
● 1 Red Apple . ⅔ cup Heavy Cream
● 2 Granny Smith Apples
● 3 Cinnamon Sticks
● 2 teaspoons Aniseed
● 2 teaspoons Whole Cloves
● ½ cup Organic Sugar
Steps
1. Place all of the ingredients into the MagicalButter machine and secure the lid.
2. Set the temperature to 160º F and press the 2 HOUR cycle.
3. Once the cycle is complete strain the mixture and set the now infused apple cider to the
side.
4. Add 2 scoops of ice cream to a chilled mug or mason jar. Pour the infused apple cider
into the cup.
5. Top with whipped cream, infused caramel sauce, and an apple slice. Enjoy!
Caramel Sauce
1. In medium saucepan melt the Magical Butter. Once melted add the brown sugar and
heavy cream.
2. Whisk nonstop for 2-3 minutes. Do not allow sugar to sit at bottom as it will burn.
3. Remove from heat and allow caramel sauce to cool.
