                                            Lobster Spinach Flatbread

















                                                         You’ll Need
                   ●   ¾ cup Fresh Herbed Garlic Butter (see ingredients below)
                   ●   12 ounces lobster tail, cooked and diced
                   ●   20 small basil leaves
                   ●   2 flatbread wraps, or Naan breads (store-bought)
                   ●   1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
                   ●   ¾ cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
                   ●   ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
                   ●   ¼ cup habanero cheddar cheese, shredded
                   ●   1 teaspoon lemon zest


               Fresh Herbed Garlic Butter
                   ●   2 cups CannaButter
                   ●   ¼ cup minced fresh garlic
                   ●   2 tablespoons fresh herbs (basil, chives and rosemary)
                   ●   1 tablespoon onion powder
                   ●   1 teaspoon kosher salt
                   ●   1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
                                                            Steps

                                                 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
                       2. Brush 2 tablespoons of the Fresh Herbed Garlic Butter directly on each flatbread.
                                          3. Top the bread with the mozzarella cheese.
                                          4. Add ¼ cup of garlic butter to the lobster.
                            5. Evenly spread all the toppings on the flatbread, except the lemon zest.
                           6. Drizzle the rest of the garlic butter over the top, and bake for 15 minutes.
                     7. Remove your Lobster Spinach Flatbread from the oven, and top with the fresh lemon
                                                    zest. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

                                         1. Place the ingredients inside small saucepan
                                            2. whisk on medium low approx 10 min
                                                       3. Let cool 5 min
