Peach Cobbler
You’ll Need
● ½ cup CannaButter, melted
● 5 cups Peaches
● 1 cup Whole Milk
● 1 cup Flour
● 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
● 1½ cup Sugar, divided
● ½ tablespoon Pink Himalayan Salt
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2. Peel and cut peaches and place into a medium-sized bowl.
3. Add 1/2 cup sugar and the vanilla to the peaches, and mix a bit to incorporate. Set aside.
4. Pour the melted butter into an 11x13 pan, and use a bit of it to grease the sides as well.
5. In another bowl mix together the flour, the remaining 1 cup of sugar, baking powder,
and salt.
6. Once mixed add the milk, stir lightly until just combined.
7. Add the mixture to the melted butter in your pan.
8. Pour the peaches over the mixture.
9. With a very light hand, wiggle pan and let everything settle.
10. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
11. Serve and enjoy!
