                                                  Firesmacker Balls



















                                                         You’ll Need
                   ●   1 pound Ground Chicken
                   ●   3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
                   ●   2 tablespoons Onion Powder
                   ●   1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
                   ●   2 tablespoons Black Pepper
                   ●   1 cup Ground Gluten-Free Pretzels
                   ●   2 Pink Himalayan Salt
                   ●   2 Eggs
                   ●   ½ cup Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

               Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
                   ●   1 cup Infused Honey
                   ●   ½ cup Water
                   ●   ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
                   ●   2 cloves Garlic, chopped
                   ●   1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
                   ●   4 Red Hot Chili Peppers, dried
                   ●   ½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

                                                            Steps


               Gluten-Free Firecracker Ballz
                     1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Set out a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
                           2. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, but don't over mix.
                     3. Using a scoop or using your hands, measure out your meatballs (about 3 tablespoons
                                             each) and place them onto the baking sheet
                                                   4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
                                     5. Once finished, top with extra chili sauce and enjoy!

               Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
                                   1. Mix all ingredients over medium low heat for 10 min and enjoy
