Sunday we packed our things and moved to the Tuesday we headed to Moreton-in-Marsh for a
Cotswolds. Loaded with charming and picturesque typical British Market (lots of tents and vendors
villages and lovely rolling countryside, the whole selling food and wares). After lunch we did a
area was straight from a fairy tale. We visited the lengthy tour of the Morgan car factory in Malvern
Cotswolds Motoring and Toy Museumin Bourton on Hills where it has been located since the
the Water, a rather small space but absolutely company's beginnings in 1909. While they still
jammed with cars and memorabilia. As we were build the bodies and assemble the cars there the
walking up to the door three very nicely restored chassis come already assembled.
Triumph Stags pulled in to the parking lot having just
driven up from East London (about 100 miles).
From there we had a narrated coach tour through
the countryside eventually arriving at Stratford- on
-Avon, home of Shakespeare , where we stayed for
three nights.
We had scheduled another boat tour for Monday
but that was overcome by events as it was the day
of the Queen's funeral so we gathered at a local pub
and watched the funeral on the telly.
