My project began with Dr. A.B. Bonds
DRIVE IN STYLE

This is my '72 B that I purchased about 18 years ago
from Ebay and towed home from Atlanta. I've rebuilt the
engine with a few performance mods, installed all new
interior and top, and replaced the floor pans.
I also painted it in my garage!
I was friends with the now late, then, great, Dr. A.B.
Bonds, at right,, a long time member of the NBCC and, at
the time, was looking for another project. He talked me
into the MG since they are inexpensive and easy to work
on and maintain. I did want a convertible with chrome
bumpers.
(FYI - that is my B that pops up on the earlier NBCC
homepage with the Jag and TR6. The Picture was taken in NEW FOR
North Carolina on US129 (Tail of the Dragon).
