Situation:
Dania Alwa is one of the customers in PT. Crystal Sinar Company Indonesia. PT.
Crystal Company is engaged in the souvenir and digital printing provider and service.
She orders tumblers from PT. Crystal Company for her 10th company anniversary.
However, she finds out that her order does not meet her expectation. Dania tries to
complain by emailing Bella Roshinta as the customer service of PT. Crystal Sinar
Company. She asks Bella Roshinta to solve the issue.
The complaint email from Dania Alwa to Bella Roshinta
Dear Bella Roshinta
I am writing with reference to our order. The goods arrived this afternoon. However, we
found that the goods you sent to our company were not the same as what we ordered.
Our order dated 3 March clearly stated that we required 2,000 tumblers, but you only
sent 1,895 instead of 2,000. In addition, you did not print the logo of our company in 76
of the tumblers.
Taking into consideration that we already paid our order and we need to distribute
those 2,000 tumblers by the end of this month. We would ask you to solve this matter
within a week following the payment agreement.
We are looking forward to receiving your response to this matter as soon as possible.
