             being with other people. Maybe you can meet a friend or colleague for

             tea. These small encounters will start to ease your fear.
                Consider exploring mindfulness strategies such as meditation.
             Don’t pressure yourself to do things you’re not ready to do; just take
             small steps. Eventually you can begin to enjoy fulfilling relationships.
             Practicing self-compassion, setting healthy boundaries, and using posi-
             tive self-talk are all ways we can be overcome this fear.
