Councils. The RDET councils RDET Councils serve as the policy-making
bodies of Research and Extension offices, and the clearinghouse of ideas,
specifically in the priority setting, implementation and evaluation of the
RDET program of the whole university.

This is the current organizational chart of the Research
Development and Extension & Training from the top level (the University),
the Campus, down to the College level that included Chairperson,
Coordinators, Students and Linkages.

The solid line that interconnects between personnel means there is
direct communication between those offices while dotted lines means
coordination. For some instances, the college dean has a direct
communication with the college research coordinator, which the Campus
Chairperson has the same way, while the two has indirect communication
in terms of research and development but there is coordination in terms
of implementation and monitoring.
