EIJ: I see that you educate and train private security and public safety professionals, what companies
have you worked with to date?

Sound Training Group LLP: We have a great working and training relationship with Kennedy Security
Services, Inc. in Greenwich, CT to train incoming security oficers. Until recently, we have mostly reached out
to individuals who wish to pursue or continue their training in private security-public safety. We have begun
reaching out to healthcare, school, business and private security organizations.

EIJ: How does Sound Training Group, LLP stand above the rest of other companies that provide the
same type of trainings that you offer?

Sound Training Group LLP: Periodically we will reach out to private security and public safety professionals
to see what types of issues they are having on the job or what type of training they would like to see. We include
all levels from front-line oficers to management. Based on their responses, we assess where there may be a lack
of training or where additional training should be considered. We also reach out to the general public to get their
input as what they consider could lead to a better perception of public safety as a whole and a more professional
oficer. We always encourage continual training, whether it is through our irm or another company. There are
also free resources available online and in most public libraries. Even after our training, we like to keep in touch
with the students to see how well they are doing, answer any questions or give advice. We truly care about their
success.
