EIJ: Tell me, when did the Sound Training Group LLP begin? How did you decide on this name for your
company?

Sound Training Group LLP: Sound Training Group LLP was established in August 2013. Alan and I gave
a lot of thought to our company name. We wanted to project our company name that was synonymous with
a needed training foundation. We strongly believe that every private oficer/public safety oficer deserves a
continuous and solid training regimen built into their careers. Therefore having a “Sound Training” as a irm
foundation is the key to knowledge and oficer safety. This is also represented in our logo – an imposing tower
resting on our company initials, the initials representing that solid foundation.
