Sound Training Group LLP: MOAB® training presents principles, techniques, and skills for recognizing,
reducing, and managing violent and aggressive behavior. The program also provides humane and
compassionate methods of dealing with aggressive people both in and out of the workplace.

Depending of the organization, we can offer various levels of this sought after training. I have been an instructor
for this program for over ten years and this truly is a great program.

We are among a handful who have been fortunate enough to be able to enter an agreement with Mike O’Malley,
owner of MOAB Training to bring this highly recommended training to the public. Generally, MOAB Training
will directly train in-house staff. We follow all the same protocols.

Additional information and pricing can be found at moabtraining.com or individuals and organizations who

EIJ: Tell me about an experience that you had that you feel was MOST rewarding for you while
operating Sound Training Group LLP.

Sound Training Group LLP: The sense of professionalism. We had a student who had been working in the
private security ield for several years and was looking for an opportunity to advance. This student registered
for two of our courses over the span of a month and excelled at the subject matter. The student eventually was
promoted to Lead Oficer and called me to let me know. Knowing my background, he wanted some advice on
how, as he put it, “to lead the troops.” We had a few meaningful sessions in person and on the phone. It didn’t
cost him anything except for his time. He is now a Supervisor in a healthcare setting and doing well.

Occasionally he will call to touch base and thank me for “being there.” I’m conident that with his knowledge
and training and his ability to seek out improvements, he will continue to excel through the ranks. It’s a great
personal satisfaction to watch our students grow professionally.
