Motion passed unanimously.

               Vote was then taken on the main motion to adopt proposed MDT-related amendments to III, IV, V, and
               VIII.  Motion passed unanimously by hand vote (1 abstention).

               Motion to adopt amendments to Articles III and IV, to provide for delegate representation by the AHI
               and CLC membership classes, made by Curtiss Taylor, RPT (AZ), second by Chantal Jordan, RMA, CMAS
               (GA).
               Motion adopted by hand vote with a clear 2/3 majority in favor.

               Credentialing Committee Report:  Deborah Westervelt, RMA, COLT (MO) reported that the committee
               met early Monday morning. Additional credential times were added to the schedule to provide
               delegates more opportunity to complete their credentialing. The credentialing table moved to multiple
               locations for easier accessibility.

               The Nominating Committee Report was presented by Mary Burden, MT (OK), Committee Chair. Mary
               reported that the committee reviewed qualifications of the two RMA candidates and three
               MT/MLT/CMLA/COLT candidates. She ascertained both of the RMA candidates and all three
               MT/MLT/CMLA/COLT candidates are members in good standing, meet the qualification criteria set forth
               in the bylaws and are willing and able to serve if elected. Therefore, the Nominating Committee
               nominates these five candidates and places their names before the membership to be considered for
               filling the vacancies on the AMT Board of Directors:

               2 MT/MLT/CMLA/COLT Positions Available:
               Naomi Melvin, MT (incumbent)
               Chris Seay, MT (incumbent)
               Kathy Sutton, MT

               1 RMA/CMAS/RPT/RDA Positions Available:
               Jeannie Hobson, RMA (incumbent)
               Vanessa Austin, RMA

               Dr. Kimberly Cheuvront, MT, Judiciary Chair, opened the floor to nominations. No additional
               nominations were presented.

               Ballots were hand delivered to delegates and then collected by members of the AMT staff. Candidates,
               who desired, selected a representative to watch over counting.  Ballots were taken to the side to count.

               The floor was opened to announcements during the counting of ballots.
               Roxann Clifton, MT and Mary Burden, MT presented a special award on behalf of the Oklahoma State
               Society to honor the memory of Chris Christian. Roxann and Mary presented the Chris Christian Award
               to Randy Swopes, MT (LA)

               The Virginia State Society awarded the Dusty Rhodes Life Award to Ray Dean, MT (NC).

               Harry Narine, MT invited all member to the CASMET meeting October 14 to October 18, 2019 in
               Trinidad.
