CST 180

CST 180 is obtained by petroleum distillation. The purpose is to generate heat to generate power for

a large commercial engine. The fuel is made of long hydrocarbon chains, alkanes, cycloalkanes and
aromatics. This is heavier than gasoline and it generates large amount of heat when burning. With
relatively high heating value and low corrosivity, fuel oil can be used as burning fuel for boilers. As the
flash point is quite high, fuel oil is fairly safe during usage and storage. Fuel oil is widely used as bunker
boiler fuel, burning boiler fuel, metallurgical and industrial boiler fuel. It is applied in power generation,
petrochemical, transportation, buildings and steel industries worldwide.

Bitumen is a naturally occurring organic by product of decomposed organic materials used by
humans for many very useful things for the past 40000 years. Bitumen or Asphalt US is a sticky, black
and highly viscous liquid or semi-solid form of petroleum. It may be found in natural deposits or may
be a refined product; it is a substance classed as a pitch.

The primary use of asphalt/bitumen is in road construction, where it is used as the glue or binder
mixed with aggregate particles to create asphalt concrete. Its other main uses are for bituminous
waterproofing products, including production of roofing felt and for sealing flat roofs.

Storage: (1) Drums - Keep drums in a cool, well-ventilated place. (2) Bulk Storage: Tanks must be
specifically designed for use with this product. Tanks should be provided with a heating facility.
Ensure heating coils are always well covered with product.

Prevent ingress of water. Use lowest practicable storage temperatures and avoid through draughts
of air to minimize risk of generating a flammable condition in the tank space.

Packaging: In drums and can be transported by containers. Each container is 19.8 M/t therefore, it
will require 250 containers for a minimum 5,000 M/t order.
