This curriculum is based on the following Ulpan-Or® study kits and publications :

1. Situations study kit – Part 2
2. Verbs & Grammar – Low Advanced Level (Future Tense)
3. Ulpan-Or® Interactive Electronic Newspaper: E-Tone™ - advanced level
4. My Hebrew Songs (Advanced Level)

This program offers start of access to the real world of Israeli media .
• Comprehension: Listening to selected news, radio and television programs, processed to

low-advanced level Hebrew.
• Conversation: Conversations and discussions; lectures on topics in the students' areas of

interest.
• Reading: Processed and regular texts from various fields, Israeli press and literature .
• Writing: Practical writing and the expression of opinions.
• Grammatical Skills: Study of main structures and introduction to future tense. Enhanced

perception of the construction of the language; broadening of grammatical knowledge,
introduction to passive and irregular verbs.

Advanced-Mid
This curriculum is based on the following Ulpan-Or® study kits and publications :

1. Advanced Level - Part 1: Stories, Press & Media study kit
2. Verbs & Grammar in a Nutshell – Part 1 (Advanced Level includes all passive

Binyanim)
3. Ulpan-Or® Interactive Electronic Newspaper: E-Tone™ - advanced level

4. A selected book of an Israeli author studied and discussed during the course
5. A selected movie series – full course materials provided based on theta series

6. My Hebrew Songs (Advanced Level)
The program is designed to deepen the student's knowledge of Hebrew in various fields .
• Comprehension: Listening to radio programs on an advanced level and viewing regular

television programs.
• Conversation: Increasing the vocabulary used in conversations and discussions.
• Reading: Different articles; newspaper articles prose and poetry passages.
• Writing: Practical writing - expression of thoughts and feelings.
• Grammatical Skills: Completion of syntactic study of main structures related to future

tense. Enhanced grammar knowledge; usage of passive and irregular forms.
