As per APCS Act, such undisbursed amounts have to be transferred to Reserve
Fund of the society.

Hence, the subject is placed before the Board of Directors for taking a decision on
the amount of Excess Recoveries lying in Suspense Account (available in Due To
Account) of the society.

In the Board of Directors Meeting Vide Board Resolution No.688,
dt:03-06-2024,resolved the following:

The Board of Directors vide Res.NO.672 dated 08-02-+2024 resolved to place the
subject of transferring the suspense amount available up to FY.2020-21 to Reserve
Fund as per rules in vogue before the General Body as suggested by the Auditor as
the amount pertains to Members liability.

Hence, Once again the subject is placed before Board for review the subject
and taking a decision before place it General Body.
