Message From
The Charter President

It is with great pleasure that I respond to the request of Mr.
Gamini Swarnapala, President of the CHSOMSF for a
message, for the souvenir to be published in
commemoration of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the
Col. Henry Steele Olcott Memorial Sports Foundation,
CHSOMSF.

It is indeed a matter of pride for me as the development of sports in all the Buddhist
