     Dosage reduction in case of tachcardia (Atenolol) or diarrhea with others..
     Discontinue if hypotension(Labelol or many coadministered antihypertensives)
     Monitoring if bleeding(INR with warfarin)
     Change drug (paracetamol) if Gastritis with NSAIDs

Management of ADR

     Modifying dose of drug
     Use of alternative drug
     Can consider prophylactic regimen (if seen to be effective)
     Patient /physician education
