Some naturally occurring compounds are effective in
targetedtherapy and chemotherapy
1-Targeted therapy
*Not interfere with rapidly dividing cells as do chemotherapy
*Not used alone but used with chemotherapy.
*Not affect normal cells
They target protein or enzyme(specific for each cancer),
block orturn off signals that make cancer cells grow or
signal cancer cells to destroy themselves.
